We are seeking an accomplished Plant Manager to lead our engineering and manufacturing team in Bradford. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing various operations, including warehouse management, machine shop operations, purchasing, and commercial activities.

In this role, you will spend approximately 70% of your time collaborating with operations teams and 30% on strategic planning. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, contribute to business strategy, and drive growth through effective management.

Your compensation package will include:

  • An annual salary range of £80,000 to £90,000, plus a bonus
  • A monthly car allowance of £550
  • 33 days of holiday per year, including bank holidays and Christmas shutdown
  • Pension matching up to 7%
  • Private medical coverage
  • Life insurance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear direction to managers and staff, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of operational performance and suggest improvements.
  • Leverage expertise to implement effective manufacturing techniques that meet quality and efficiency standards.
  • Schedule and monitor production to achieve set targets.

Qualifications:
