We're seeking a seasoned procurement professional to lead the strategic procurement of goods and services, driving growth and excellence in our fleet management business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement category sourcing strategies for garage/workshop repair services and spare parts
  • Establish a structured supplier performance management program to ensure contractual standards and commercials are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement

What We Offer:

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • ~5% matched pension contributions
  • ~ Bonus potential up to £5,000
  • Hybrid working arrangement (Mon and Fri from home - Tues to Thurs in the office in either Chippenham or Birmingham)

Requirements:

  • Proven background in leading end-to-end procurement activity, including category sourcing strategies and supplier performance management
  • Strong track record of savings delivery and experience in robust supplier performance management
  • Ability to work onsite 3 days a week (Tue to Thurs) in either Birmingham or Chippenham)
