Transferee – Police Constables – Response and Neighbourhood Officers
We are seeking experienced police officers to join our team as Police Constables in Response and Neighbourhood roles. As a transferee, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, from urban areas to rural communities, and contribute to the safety and well-being of the people of Staffordshire.

EligibilityTo be eligible for this role, you must be a substantive police officer at the rank of Police Constable, have completed your probationary phase, and be transferring from a Home Office Force.
Onboarding ProcessWe aim to make our onboarding process as smooth and straightforward as possible. This will include a role-based interview, which will focus on the competencies and values required for the role, and a pre-employment check, including vetting and medical checks.
We will also be holding a Familiarisation event via MS Teams, where you will have the opportunity to learn more about the role and ask any questions you may have.
Please note that appointment will be dependent upon successfully passing pre-employment checks, vetting, and medical checks.
