Clinical Services Assistant

Riverside Medical Practice is a busy town centre practice with a strong ethos to providing excellent care to our patients. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to fill the role of Clinical Services Assistant.
The successful candidate will work closely with the management team, doctors, and healthcare professionals to provide administrative support. Key responsibilities include processing incoming and outgoing mail, filing and storing records, and responding to system alerts. Scanning of patient-related documentation and attaching scanned documents to patients' healthcare records is also a critical aspect of this role.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, secretarial, reception, or customer service roles, as well as knowledge of office procedures.
