Job Description

The Oval Partnership is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Production Scheduling Coordinator to join their team. This role will be responsible for planning and executing production schedules for mixes and finished products across all ranges, while also monitoring stocks from raw materials to finished products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demands.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement measures to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Support the Operations Manager with daily workloads and collect data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Experience in food manufacturing is desirable, but not essential.
