Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational teams within the assembly and storage facilities to ensure availability of products that meet company standards.
  • Work with depot management and stock control functions to meet customer expectations.
  • Responsible for the technical management, supervision, and control of all pre-assembly processes and activities.
  • Implement operational processes to improve quality and increase efficiency.
  • Read and understand engineering, manufacturing, and fabrication drawings.
  • Proficient in the use of IT packages (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-moving production/assembly/construction environment.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering/manufacturing/fabrication drawings.
  • Proficient in the use of IT packages.
  • Previous experience of undertaking off-site, pre-assembly of formwork & falsework products.
  • Previous experience of steel erection/assembly.
  • Project management processes.
  • Planning & scheduling techniques.
