About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Executive to join our team at MMR Research Worldwide LTD. As a key member of our Conversational AI team, you will be responsible for championing the adoption of Conversational AI across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with in-market research teams to maximize their utilization of our Conversational AI toolkit.
  • Develop tailored training programs for each market, building expertise and sharing learnings within the CAI Delivery team.
  • Connect directly with project objectives, providing guidance on question design and AI levers.
  • Set up Q.Bot and Sensory Bot projects from end-to-end, ensuring streamlined delivery and providing final data reports.
  • Provide integrated analysis support, uploading data to relevant platforms and guiding teams on usage.
  • Support storytelling development, flatplanning sessions, and debrief discussions, using knowledge and findings to strengthen capabilities across all projects.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working as a Researcher.
  • Able to set up and script projects from end-to-end.
  • Able to communicate and collaborate well with in-market teams.
  • Be inquisitive and a critical thinker, looking for best practices in all projects and methods.
