Job Title: Secondary TA - SEMH

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to support SEMH students in secondary settings. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers to develop and implement effective learning strategies and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to SEMH students, enhancing their understanding and engagement in learning activities.
  • Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver inclusive lessons, promoting student progress and achievement.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with SEMH students in a secondary educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to varying student needs.
  • A proactive and positive approach to learning and teaching, with a commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
  • Relevant qualifications and training in education or language support.
