We are seeking a skilled Factory Operative to join our client's rapidly expanding manufacturing company in Wickford, Essex.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment and be able to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team.

Responsibilities will include operating machinery and equipment, assembling and packaging products, using hand tools, ensuring product quality and adhering to health and safety guidelines, and completing necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Key requirements include a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

This is a temp-to-perm contract with full-time hours, Monday to Friday 8am-4.20pm, and a competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
