Auto Electrician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Auto Electrician to join our team at a reputable company based in Doncaster. As an Auto Electrician, you will be responsible for completing electrical installations to the correct specification, working as part of a team, and adhering to relevant ISO/QMS processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check base vehicle matches paperwork and report any damage
  • Carry out electrical installations in line with the build plan and SBO times
  • Obtain and follow BOMs and SOPs, photos, and drawings
  • Work as part of a team and transfer skills to other team members
  • Carry out instructions from Supervisors and team leaders
  • Help and support Team leaders and complete installations to required standards
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment and adhere to Health and Safety requirements
  • Log on and off correct SFDC operation in line with company policy
Requirements:
  • Correctly use tools and equipment
  • Experience in electrical assembly and installations
  • Ability to work as part of a team and transfer skills
  • Adherence to relevant ISO/QMS processes

This is a perm position with a 4-day working week and OT available. The company offers a pension contribution and is easily accessible. We welcome applications from Auto Electricians, HGV Electricians, Bus Electricians, and Electrical Fitters. Candidates with electrical assembly experience will be considered dependent on experience.
