We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers plan and book their holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Use your product knowledge and sales skills to promote our holidays and meet sales targets.
  • Participate in promotional events and activities to increase exposure of the branch.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operation of the branch and contribute to the growth of the business.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year experience as a Travel Consultant.
  • A proven sales record and excellent communication skills.
  • Good accuracy and numerical skills, as well as enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Competent IT skills and a good working knowledge of tour operator systems.
