Job Overview:
Citi's Chief Technology Office Risk & Control team is seeking a skilled Senior Officer to shape the direction of travel for Gen AI adoption within the enterprise. As a member of this start-up team, you will contribute to research and conceptual builds of Generative AI products and partner with Gen AI engineers to ensure compliance with best practices and enterprise policies.

What You'll Do:
Enable responsible adoption of best-in-class AI platforms, help define an enterprise-wide Gen AI Risk & Control framework, identify opportunities to uplift the Risk and Control process, and critically think about risks and dimension impact.

Experience Required:
Past experience working in a Technology Risk & Control function, preferably focused on emerging technology. Proven background auditing Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Model implementation or systems. Background in Application development and/or application/system risk assessments, AI or Gen AI specific is preferred.

Salary and Benefits:
$120,000 per year, 27 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), private medical care & life insurance, employee assistance program, pension plan, paid parental leave, and special discounts for employees, family, and friends.
