About the Role:

  • You will have over 6 years of experience in corporate tax, with a strong background in transactions and structuring due diligence exercises.
  • Your commercial acumen will enable you to provide market-leading transaction advice to clients.
  • You will lead on the tax components of transactions, including structuring and due diligence, and build relationships with key clients to provide excellent transaction advice.
  • You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our clients receive the best possible advice.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Over 6 years PQE work experience in corporate tax
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of planning and prioritising work while meeting deadlines

  • A competitive salary of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience
