Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present high-quality meals to our residents, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our dining areas.
- Work collaboratively with our catering team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Support the catering manager in menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
- Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role, preferably in a care home setting.
- Food hygiene certificate and a strong understanding of safe food storage and handling practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our residents.
