Job Opportunity

We are seeking Night Care Assistants to join our team at Berkeley Lodge, our specialist dementia nursing home in Worthing.

Working Hours

Averaging 42 hours per week, alternating between Week 1 and Week 2:

Week 1: Monday, Thursday, and Saturday

Week 2: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Can provide high-quality personal care, social interaction, and stimulation to residents;
  • Promote independence and enablement, providing support to residents as needed;
  • Ensure electronic residents' personalized interactions are inputted on the system;
  • Serve food and drinks to residents, promoting social dining experiences;
  • Develop relationships with relatives to support residents' needs.
