Industrial Maintenance Professional

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their high-speed manufacturing team in Northamptonshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring optimal plant performance.
Key Responsibilities- Perform regular maintenance on production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure efficiency
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and improve processes
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a high-speed manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs and control systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- A competitive salary range of £37,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on location and experience
