Optical Retail Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Jimmy Fairly. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to achieve sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of retail excellence.
With a strong background in retail management and a passion for fashion and trends, you will be able to develop your team's skills and knowledge, ensuring they provide an amazing in-store experience for our customers.
You will be the face of Jimmy Fairly in store, embodying our brand values and delivering outstanding results. Your commercial acumen, leadership skills, and ability to motivate and develop your team will be key to your success in this role.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, plus a bonus scheme, great employee discounts, pension contribution, private healthcare, and part travel expenses paid.

What You Will Need:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Store Manager or leading a team
- Strong organisational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- High motivation & enthusiasm toward our brand
- Show passion about retail and interest in fashion and retail market trends
- Problem solver li>
- Understand the business KPIs and how to develop them
- Positive and proactive attitude and knowledge of motivating a team
- Sense of the responsibilities and of the priorities of the store
- A previous experience in the optical industry would be ideal
