Job Summary:
Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of the accountancy practice, you will be responsible for delivering tax assistance to partners and clients, managing client portfolios, and contributing to the firm's growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of taxation, CTA qualification, and experience working in a management position within an accountancy practice. A competitive salary of £65,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience, is on offer, along with excellent benefits, including holiday allowance, annual team building days, and opportunities for career progression.

Responsibilities:
- Support partners by delivering tax assistance and guidance to them and their clients
- Manage a personal portfolio of clients, overseeing engagements and billing decisions
- Serve as the primary contact for new clients seeking tax advice
- Contribute to the firm's growth and reputation as a leading firm in the area

Requirements:
- CTA qualified or finalist
- Good knowledge of all taxation laws and regulations
- Experience working in a management position within an accountancy practice
