EES Solutions invites applications for the position of Production Efficiency Expert, responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes in an engineering environment. Based in Bicester, this role will focus on developing and implementing efficient manufacturing methods, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Main Objectives:
  1. To review and analyze engineering designs and drawings to develop efficient manufacturing methods.
  2. To collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve production challenges.

The successful candidate will possess a degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, Chartered Engineer status, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have experience in using CAD tools, such as AutoCAD or Pro E design software, and be proficient in interpreting engineering drawings.

Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in coach building or the automotive industry.
  • Strong computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
