Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a 3rd Line Support Engineer role, with a strong background in Microsoft and virtualized environments.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and experience in supporting Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Software, and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and network services (TCP/IP, DNS, Group Policy, DHCP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise technical guidance and support.
