School Crossing Patrol Officer

Job Summary:
Hampshire County Council is seeking a responsible and dedicated individual to join our School Crossing Patrol Service. As a School Crossing Patrol Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of children on their way to and from school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out the important role of ensuring the safety of children on the way to and from school
- Work collaboratively with the local community to promote road safety
- Provide a visible presence on the roads to deter anti-social behavior
- Work closely with other agencies to ensure the safety of children and pedestrians

Requirements:
- Responsible and able to demonstrate traffic awareness

Working Arrangements:
This is a permanent (term-time only) position, working 10 hours per week during term time. A uniform is provided to protect you against the weather.
