About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers across the assigned area, using route-planning technology tools to ensure efficient and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver parcels to customers across the assigned area
  • Use route-planning technology tools to optimize delivery routes and ensure timely delivery
  • Prep your van and workload for the day to ensure a smooth delivery process
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a professional manner

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organized and punctual with great initiative
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and acting as a positive ambassador for Royal Mail
