Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and be a dedicated Swim professional, committed to helping members achieve their goals regardless of age.
- Hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
- Have a genuine passion for fitness and strive to provide great service, exceeding expectations.
- Develop strong engagement, good communication, and active listening skills.
- Be a great team player, willing to share knowledge and best practices.
