Job Title: Purchasing and Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced sales and purchasing coordinator to manage both the purchase of inventory from China and the onwards sales orders to our customers within the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the purchasing process and import paperwork for inventory from China
  • Coordinate deliveries into the UK and ensure timely receipt of stock
  • Provide support to the Account Managers in the Sales team and assist with administrative tasks
  • Use CRM systems to dispatch orders, keep general data entry, and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Build relationships with wholesale partners to support the development and growth of Tsingtao with their customers
  • Ensure adequate stock on hand and manage the purchasing process
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales operations team, with experience in importing from China
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude to problem solving
  • Proficient in IT, EDI, CRM, and MS packages
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and operate in a startup setting
  • Knowledge of Chinese manufacturing, UK/EU compliance, stock management, and order processing

  • Salary £28,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Annual bonus scheme (7.5%) set on realistic achievement goals
