In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all departments are adequately resourced within required budgets, reviewing performance within the Food and Beverage Team, and supporting the development of existing team members through training and coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Enthusiastically lead the Food and Beverage Team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Performance Management: Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the training and induction of new team members, supporting their growth and development throughout their tenure.
  • Customer Focus: To be customer obsessed, carrying out duties to ensure exceptional levels of service, value for money experiences, and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Multi-Skilled: Be multi-skilled in other departments, enabling the business to meet customer demands by ensuring maximum operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in leading teams, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Skillset: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of food and beverages, including legislation, best practices, current trends, etc.
  • Qualifications: Passion to deliver exceptional customer service, working knowledge of food and beverages, leisure/food and beverage industry knowledge, and experience of leading a team.
