Mergers and Acquisitions Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Mergers and Acquisitions Manager to join our Corporate Development team in London. As part of an industry-leading organization, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions and empowering results for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, due diligence, and integration, with excellent communication and analytical skills. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.
As a Business Integration Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist the corporate development team with project management, process oversight, and transition execution. You will also contribute to the program management of corporate development processes and centralize communications across teams.
A successful candidate will have a strong background in project leadership, team building, and risk tracking, as well as basic knowledge of financial statements. They will be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and travel to other countries as needed.
The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
