About the Job:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Regulatory Framework Manager who can ensure the firm maintains a strong internal framework and complies with regulatory standards. This includes managing the end-to-end process of training and competency, ensuring all employees—from new starters to experienced staff—are supported to achieve and maintain high standards in their roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the firm's T&C function and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Develop and implement a tailored T&C scheme, including robust processes for assessing and maintaining competency.
  • Conduct regular audits, file reviews, and performance monitoring to identify training needs and mitigate risks.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and training and competence frameworks.
  • A proven track record in a compliance or T&C management role, ideally within financial services.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving performance.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to create practical, compliant solutions to regulatory challenges.

About the Location:

The role is based in Birmingham (Hybrid) and offers a unique blend of remote and office-based work. The salary for this position is £40,000.
