The Studio Manager will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations, including setting up and maintaining technical equipment, overseeing the production process from pre-production to post-production, and collaborating with producers, directors, and creative teams to ensure video content meets high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day studio operations, ensuring smooth workflow for video and audio production.
  • Serve as lead audio engineer, responsible for recording, mixing, and mastering high-quality audio for video content.
  • Oversee setup, operation, and maintenance of audio equipment, including microphones, mixers, and audio recording software.
  • Ensure all technical equipment is ready and functioning for each shoot, troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in studio management, with significant expertise in both video production and audio engineering.
  • Proficiency in video equipment (cameras, lighting), audio engineering (microphones, mixers, Adobe Audition, Presonus Studio One), and video editing (Adobe Premiere).
  • Strong background in capturing and editing high-quality audio for video, including mixing, mastering, and sound design.
  • Proven ability to lead a diverse production team and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
