About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at The PM Law Group. As a key member of our Conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of sale and purchase matters, ensuring that you meet individual targets and business KPIs and SLAs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of sale and purchase matters, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Conduct thorough searches and due diligence on properties, identifying potential issues and advising clients accordingly.
  • Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a conveyancing role, with a strong understanding of leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Case Management Systems, Land Registry Portal, and other relevant software.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing law and procedures, including anti-money laundering legislation and SRA compliance obligations.
