Conveyancing Specialist

A well-established regional law firm with offices across Yorkshire is seeking a highly skilled New Build Conveyancer to join their busy residential property department in Cleckheaton.

The successful candidate will be working in a small team of three experienced fee earners, focusing on new build work but part of a larger residential team that provides high-quality services to clients and values long-term relationships with local agents.

This role involves working from an office base with flexibility for occasional home-based days, allowing the successful candidate to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering exceptional results for clients.

We are looking for an experienced conveyancing professional with proven expertise in new build files and a passion for ongoing development within this area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive in maintaining strong client relationships, and possess a deep understanding of UK property law.
