Job Title: Asset Services Senior Analyst Lead

Job Description:

The Trade Services function plays a crucial role in ensuring all retained services and outsourced activities across Equity, Money Market, Repo, Fixed Income, FX, and Transfers are effectively managed and processed in accordance with market deadlines and industry best practices.

  • Monitoring daily and weekly service delivery KPIs/KRIs and escalating issues accordingly.
  • Proactively identifying control weaknesses relating to trade services operating models and recommending procedural and process changes in partnership with team members, manager, and outsourced provider where applicable.
  • Creating and reviewing procedures that reflect processes, policies, and any workflows needed to support the trade services process and activities for retained and outsourced services.
  • Managing operational risk and issues within the team and outsourced provider, regularly reviewing and identifying further opportunities for risk mitigation; ensuring all functional procedures are in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Engaging secondary service recipients (Client Service, Investments, and other Operational Teams) to ensure service delivery is achieving standards for today and future business levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in the asset management industry/experience relevant to the role and activities performed.
  • Strong knowledge in the outsourced service area covering operational service delivery knowledge and client expectations.
  • Experience in working with and overseeing 3rd party relationship service delivery.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, KPIs, KRIs, and Service Levels.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changes in the process and procedures.
  • Industry awareness of the outsourced service area and regulations governing it.
  • Strong influencing skills in managing relationship/client service engagement.
