About the Role:

Vox Network Consultants is seeking an experienced Building Control Systems Technician to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work closely with our regulatory service to provide technical expertise and support in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the ongoing monitoring and review of processes, protocols, and practices within the service to ensure best practice.
  • Coordinate events and activities, including the annual Building Excellence Awards and CPD events.
Requirements:
  • Laboratory Accreditation Certificate in Technical Support for Public Service Building Standards (essential).
  • An understanding of the Building Regulations and associated Legislation (desirable).
  • Awareness of key performance indicators set by the Local Authority and the Building Safety Regulator.
  • Experience with Acolaid or other IDOX-based computer systems.
  • Ability to issue legal documentation as required.
