We are seeking a highly effective Senior Healthcare Operations Manager to lead our Emergency Department team. With over 15 years of experience in the NHS, this individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational management of Emergency Medicine, Acute Medicine, Older People Service, and Stroke service
- Development and implementation of cost improvement programmes
- Leadership of projects to modernise services, including redesign of the streaming pathway and creation of an ambulatory care unit
- Effective commissioning arrangements
Requirements
- MBAs or equivalent qualifications
- Prince2 Practitioner qualification
- Strong leadership and project management skills
