About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at a private mental health hospital in Haslemere, Surrey. As a Healthcare Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
  • Help patients with medication and treatment plans
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning

Requirements:

  • Must live and work in the UK
  • Visas will not be sponsored
  • Ability to work 3 x 12 hour shifts one week and 4 the next, alternating (36 & 48: Average 42)
  • Availability for overtime
