Business Leader Opportunity
ActionCOACH UK is seeking a highly experienced Business Leader to join our award-winning team. As a Business Leader, you will be responsible for launching the ActionCOACH brand in your territory, marketing and selling your services, and coaching your own clients. You will also have the opportunity to build a team and grow the business within your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy to promote your services and attract new clients.
- Network and build relationships with business owners to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Provide coaching and guidance to clients to help them achieve their business goals.
- Develop and maintain ongoing close relationships with clients to retain and develop them.
- Meet business owners on a daily basis and help them establish meaningful personal and business goals, initiate organisational change, execute proven sales and marketing strategies, improve financial management, build business processes and systems, and develop great teams of people with a strong business culture.
- Develop yourself with ongoing learning and engaging with all the materials and training opportunities offered to you by our Head Office Support Team.
- Open an office and recruit a fantastic team to grow the territory.
- Meet/ Exceed your KPIs and targets and regularly report these to your manager and coach who can support you further.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales and business development against KPIs.
- Experience of mentoring and coaching in a business setting.
- Experience of presenting to an audience.

- Effective at building relationships.
- Strong communication skills - presenting / written / verbal.
- Organised.
- Motivated self-starter.
- Team-player.
- Desire to learn and continuously develop yourself.
In Return:
- You'll get full training and extensive support.
- £50k - £60k OTE Year 1, £70k - £100k OTE Year 2.
- You'll have access to over 3,500 strategies and tactics to assist in your day-to-day business coaching.
- Your salary package is a combination of base pay PLUS a retention bonus for retaining your clients on an ongoing basis PLUS commission for referred business from your network and own marketing.
