About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to join our HC-One team as a Senior Care Assistant, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a leader in our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care, leading by example, and supporting your colleagues in achieving outstanding care standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized care plans, tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively.
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to quality enhancements, championing our values of kindness, curiosity, compassion, creativity, and courage.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
• Promote a culture of inclusivity, respecting the diversity of our residents and colleagues.
• Contribute to the overall success of our care home, working collaboratively with the management team to achieve excellence.

Our Offer:
At HC-One, we offer a competitive salary range of £23,000 - £26,500 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, company pension scheme, 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), life assurance cover, award-winning learning and development opportunities, GP online, colleague discounts, wellbeing programme, and free onsite car parking.
