Hospitality Host

We are seeking an individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our team as a Hospitality Host at Bupa's Richmond Villages Wood Norton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service to our residents, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

You will be part of a tight-knit team that provides personalized care and support to our residents, promoting independence and well-being in a luxurious retirement setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up tables in the restaurant and café
• Serving meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
• Preparing trays and providing room service to residents who prefer to dine in their rooms
• Maintaining a clean and tidy environment throughout the restaurant and café areas

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in catering or kitchen roles would be beneficial, but training is provided.

Salary: £11.60 per hour, paid breaks included
