Regional Painter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Painter & Decorator to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of painting and decorating in our care homes.

• Undertake painting and decorating duties to present our care homes to the highest standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and homely environment to meet the needs of our residents and colleagues
• Be responsive and flexible in response to changing needs and priorities
• Report any incidents or accidents to the Home Manager or Person in Charge
• Ensure the implementation of our care home's health and safety policy and emergency procedures
• Undertake general painting and decorating tasks, including making good any damage prior to decoration, wallpapering, and painting of walls, ceilings, and fixtures and fittings
• Complete mandatory and specialist training to maintain and update professional knowledge and competence
• Recognise and report any signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect
