Data Science Team Director

Cervello is seeking an experienced leader to join our team as an Artificial Intelligence COE Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our center of excellence (COE) for artificial intelligence, ensuring that we have the necessary resources, expertise, and infrastructure to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in data science, machine learning, and AI will enable you to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.

Salary
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $220,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package includes a base salary, performance-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits program.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the COE for artificial intelligence, ensuring that we have the necessary resources, expertise, and infrastructure to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
- Develop and execute strategies that drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and business cases.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI, with a strong background in leadership and management.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategies that drive growth and innovation.
- Strong expertise in data science, machine learning, and AI, with a deep understanding of emerging trends and technologies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
