Internal Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Internal Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outlining project objectives, participating in project meetings, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are progressing on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Clearly outline business project objectives and participate in project meetings, proposing necessary adjustments.
  • Financial Management: Set and adhere to budgets, implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project costs, progress, and quality consistently.
  • Administrative Support: Organise all project-related paperwork and ensure digital filing is up to date.
  • Communication: Communicate with the project manager to continuously define project objectives.
  • Procurement: Raise purchase orders with contractors and suppliers.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate project team members to maintain workflow schedules.
  • Performance Tracking: Track project management and key action performance progress.
  • Event Management: Manage event outputs and follow up, including coordination and management.
  • Documentation: Take notes, write up meeting minutes, and handle digital filing.
  • Programme Support: Support various programmes and projects, building clarity of process and ways of working.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Prepare 'operation and maintenance' manuals for completed sites.
  • General Administration: Perform general administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer project management software and hardware.
  • Time Management: Experience working to deadlines and prioritising workloads for self and others.
  • Certifications: CSCS card is desirable but can be arranged upon appointment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a group setting.
  • Attention to Detail: Thorough attention to detail.
