About You:

  • We are looking for skilled and experienced individuals who are passionate about delivering great customer service to join our team as a Heating and Plumbing Engineer. You will have a positive attitude, excellent organisation skills, and excellent technical knowledge of both Plumbing and Heating engineering.
  • You will also have significant relevant experience within a similar role, City and Guilds Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating or recognised equivalent, at least 3 years post qualification experience, and Gas Safe qualified.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including verbal and written communication, are also essential.

The Job:

As a Heating and Plumbing Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, breakdown and maintenance work on all types of gas boilers and heating systems. Other duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out Landlord gas safety inspections.
  • Boiler installation works where required.
  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance to domestic plumbing systems where required.
  • Providing and maintaining all hand tools as required by your role.
  • Ensuring all aspects of the company's Health & Safety policy are always adopted.
  • Accepting responsibility for hitting all performance targets as set by your line manager.
  • Ensuring all paperwork, including parts orders, timesheets, quotations, and tablet data, is kept up to date daily.
