Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our Primary Care team at HMP Long Lartin, a category A prison located in Littleton. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding quality-based patient-centered care to our patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and secure medicines management services, ensuring patient medical records are maintained to the agreed standard at all times.
- Deliver non-judgmental care within the scope of professional standards, involving the timely administration of medicines and analyzing cost-effective prescribing.
- Forge strong links within our teams, partners, and stakeholders, providing a service that people can trust, feel safe within, and feel proud of.

We are looking for caring, compassionate, but also driven professionals who can help us drive our vision for a fair and inclusive healthcare access to all. The ideal candidate will have:
- NVQ Level 3, or above, BTEC or equivalent.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Up-to-date Continual Professional Development (CPD).
- Relevant post-qualification pharmacy experience.
- General GCSE education or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
