As the Head of Brand for NAMED COLLECTIVE®, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that drives growth, engagement, and revenue.

The Role

Key Responsibilities


  • Brand Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives growth, engagement, and revenue.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our Co-Founder to develop and implement a strategic plan that supports our business goals and objectives.
  • Brand Activations: Lead the development and execution of brand activations, events, and campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and revenue.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with our Head of Creative to develop and execute a content creation strategy that supports our brand and business objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of brand and marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of our brand strategy.


Requirements


  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in brand and marketing management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of brand and marketing professionals.
  • Brand Management: Strong knowledge of brand management principles and practices, with the ability to develop and execute effective brand strategies.
  • Marketing: Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
