Senior Scientist

Join us at Lonza as a Senior Scientist and play a key role in the development and optimization of Biacore / SPR methods.

• Develop and optimize Biacore / SPR methods, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with our laboratory team to resolve complex technical issues and deliver high-quality results.
• Support more junior colleagues in the development of their skills and expertise.
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of technical and operational improvement projects.

1. Highly experienced in the field of Analytical Development.
2. A high degree of proficiency in all of the following techniques: Biacore - SPR, ELISA/plate based methods, cell-based methods.
3. Experience in the implementation of high-throughput automated methods and digitisation of processes would be an advantage.
4. Additionally, understanding of regulatory requirements, CMC, and experience in DOE/AQbD would be an advantage.
