We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy individual to join our team as a Domestic Cleaner at a residential care home in West Wick, Weston Super-Mare. The successful candidate will work on a flexible, part-time permanent basis, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, or both.

About the Role

As a Domestic Cleaner, you will be responsible for assisting our dedicated support workers with daily cleaning tasks, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the home. You will work independently, but also as part of a team, respecting the individuals who use the building.

Key Responsibilities

  • General cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and hovering specific areas around the building
  • Deep cleaning of different areas of the home each week
  • Attending training courses to enhance your skills and knowledge
