Job Title: Behaviour Support TA

We are an SEMH School, rated Ofsted Good, and we are currently seeking Teaching Assistants to work with and support students that have a range of Special Educational Needs and behavioural difficulties, whose needs are not best met in Mainstream School.

In this role, you would be working with children with a range of Special Educational Needs such as Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties, ADHD, and other complex needs.

As a Behaviour Support TA, you will be responsible for providing individualised support to students, developing and implementing behaviour plans, and working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about working with children with Special Educational Needs and is committed to providing high-quality support to our students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualised support to students with Special Educational Needs
  • Developing and implementing behaviour plans to support students
  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of individualised education plans
  • Providing feedback and support to students, parents, and carers
