Our team of experts includes Civil, Structural, and Mechanical Engineers, fisheries biologists, environmental scientists, and site operatives who work together to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain site access points and set up welfare facilities as required
  • Install small cofferdams using sandbags, dumpy bags, or framing and boards as necessary
  • Conduct site work to install eel passes and fish passes, utilizing hand tools and small machines where required
  • Assist with mixing concrete, mortar, and other site materials as needed
  • Provide excellent client and stakeholder liaison services

Person Specification

  • Prior experience working in the water industry is preferred
  • First Aid training, CSCS card, and CITB Site Safety + (or similar qualification) are required
  • Experience working on small to medium civil construction projects, ideally in the water environment, is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and external stakeholders are necessary
  • Reasonable computer literacy, including working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required
