Refurbishment Technician

We are seeking a skilled Refurbishment Technician to join our team at Minstrel Court. As a key member of the refurbishment process, you will be responsible for fixing items reported as requiring attention, identifying and repairing items that are starting to give in, and providing a quick turn-around for setting up new properties.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of skill and expertise in maintenance and refurbishment. If you have a strong background in painting, plastering, carpentry or electrical work, we encourage you to apply.

• Fix all items reported as requiring attention
• Identify and repair any items that are starting to give in
• Provide a quick turn-around for setting up of new properties - collaborate closely with Setup Manager for doing so
• Maintain gardens to look fully tidy and clean at all times
• Ensure paved areas/slabs are weed-free at all times
• Log number of maintenance issues originating from guests - communicate information to Property Manager
• Communicate numbers of complaints if confronted to Property Manager
• Assist with setting up rooms and other areas by doing tasks like installing headboards and assembling furniture

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £38,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
