Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a skilled CNC Turner Programmer/Setter to operate advanced machinery and produce high-quality components. With a competitive hourly rate of £16 to £20.30 based on experience and shift choice, this role offers ample overtime opportunities and a generous bonus structure, including loyalty rewards, production incentives, and profit sharing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc control systems.
  • Ensure precision and efficiency in machining components to meet rigorous quality standards.
  • Maintain exact measurements within a precision engineering environment.
  • Follow health and safety protocols, ensuring a clean and safe workspace.
Qualifications:
  • Formal training or substantial experience as a CNC Turner Programmer/Setter.
  • Expertise in G-code programming with Fanuc or Haas control systems.
  • Experience working with challenging materials like Inconel is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
