**Job Title:** Maintenance Team Supervisor

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Supervisor to join our team at ThriveSW Limited. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for leading a remote trades team and ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance and repairs services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a remote trades team to achieve targets and deliver high-quality services
  • Respond to real-time enquiries from the trade team and clients
  • Diagnose repairs and provide solutions to ensure first-time fix and customer satisfaction
  • Support the team to overcome challenges and improve productivity
  • Escalate feedback on workmanship, time delays, and service to the administration support team
  • Work with the administration support team to ensure work is planned correctly and operating productively
  • Support on complaint resolution and conduct 1-2-1s with team members to manage performance
  • Keep internal systems up to date with accurate information and use Excel and other systems to run reports on productivity

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification or equivalent SMSTS or site management courses
  • Ability to build positive and productive working relationships and communicate effectively
  • Leadership skills to manage a team and achieve targets
  • Proactive approach to dealing with issues and finding solutions
  • Responsive and resilient with the ability to manage fluctuating workload and demanding priorities
  • Good skill level with Excel and other IT systems
